30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@motorcityorganics.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions on the next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
